RMC to Participate at International Conference on Highway Pavement and Airfield Technology

(RMC) is proud to announce their participation in the Transportation & Development Institute (T&DI) of ASCE’s International Conference on Highway Pavement and Airfield Technology on August 29, 2017 at the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia, PA.  James F. Gallagher, P.E., F.ASCE, a Principal at RMC, will Moderate Technical Session on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) for Pavement Condition Assessment.
