RMC Presents Alternative Construction Procurement Methods, Advantages & Disadvantages Seminar to NASFA

Resolution Management Consultants, Inc. (RMC) was a presenter at the National Association of State Facilities Administrators (NASFA) Conference on Alternative Construction Procurement Methods, Advantages & Disadvantages.

As more States are beginning to use Construction Management at Risk as a vehicle to procure construction services, this topic provided an overview of how Montana and Virginia utilize this process. The presentation also included the perspective from the contracting community, and a comparison with other delivery methods employed.
