RMC Becomes an Approved Contractor on MnDOT’s Certified List Program

Resolution Management Consultants, Inc. (RMC) has become an Approved Contractor to provide Contract Dispute Resolution Services to the Minnesota Department of Transporation (MnDOT). MnDOT Office of Construction and Innovative Contracting (OCIC) administers contracts on construction projects that involve claims, disputes on construction issues, training for construction personnel, and dispute resolution. Claims Analysis Support Services may include forensic accounting or independent cost estimates related to a contract change; engineering expertise regarding schedule and claim analysis including expert testimony, and support for training, partnering and alternative dispute resolution.
