Resolution Management Consultants, Inc. (RMC) has been awarded a contract with the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) to examine its existing project delivery methods to assess ADOT’s success with the various methods, and to examine alternative methods used elsewhere that may be applicable to future ADOT projects to deliver improved value and outcomes.
