W. Dale Winship, a Managing Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, possesses a B.S. in Building Construction from Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Winship has represented public and private owners, contractors and attorneys while providing key services necessary for the prevention, mitigation and resolution of construction related claims and disputes. He has performed claim and risk analysis, project delay and impact analysis, quantification of damages and CPM scheduling preparation and analysis as well as provided construction management. Mr. Winship has also provided expert witness testimony in arbitration, mediation, deposition and trial forums. His claims and litigation experience includes service to clients in such diverse industries as airports, underground railway systems, hospitals, highway, education (university systems and elementary, middle and high schools), manufacturing, oil refineries, residential (single and multi-family housing) and others.
