Siraj H. Khan, a Staff Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, has a B.S. in Business Administration from California State University and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University School of Law. Mr. Khan has asisted in financial audits and construction project analysis on major works. projects. He has worked on construction issues involving bridge abutment quantum take-offs and valuation; traffic index analysis and take-offs for roadway pavement construction; quantum analysis for right-of-way monumentation and record of survey issues; as well as quantum, audit and valuation analysis for roadway sign structures and soundwalls.
