Peter E. Giovinco, a Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, has a B.S. in Engineering Project Management from the University of Pennsylvania, School of Engineering and Applied Science. Mr. Giovinco possesses both project management and construction claims experience. He has been involved in subcontractor summary development and project budget analysis as well as report development. He has worked for the Army Corps of Engineers on claims disputes with civil works projects (river dredging, bridge renovations, and beach rehabilitiations). Mr. Giovinco has also worked with the United States Postal Service on systems analysis of their bulk mail sorting and delivery network. He was instrumental in a project utilizing artificial intelligence theories to develop a computer application to estimate network wiring cost for university renovation and new construction projects.
