Mel Balasta, a Staff Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, has a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Santo Tomas, Phillippines. Mr. Balasta possesses over 18 years experience in the construction industry. He has extensive experience in civil engineering/commercial bidding, quantity surveying, cost estimating, cost control, and dispute resolution having worked with different international construction firms, serving as a chief quantity surveyor, senior engineer and assistant cost controller. Mr. Balasta's construction knowledge encompasses a variety of projects including hydroelectric power plants, highway/bridge projects, tunneling, river-tunnel crossings, irrigation, mass railway transit systems, airport facilities, commercial buildings, condominiums, and healthcare.
