He possesses numerous skills in project management, planning and scheduling, budgeting, inspection, estimating, bid fomation and data analysis. Mr. Sylvester has been involved in project performance audits of large scale hotel/casinos to verify actual costs incurred during construction. He previously served as a production engineer with a custom aerospace and defense manufacturer where he was responsible for supervising the production workforce and oversaw the successful completion of over 200 unique components and assemblies. Mr. Sylvester possesses a familiarity with a broad range of professional and miltiary specifications and protocols.
