James W. Holt, a Technician/Analyst with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, possesses over 28 years experience in providing analytical and graphical support services in the areas of project management services and construction claims analysis. He has assisted in the development of as-built schedules for schedule delay analysis (both bar chart and critical path method) on transportation (land-based and marine highway) and manufacturing facilities; he has prepared spreadsheets upon review of project raw data in order to develop studies relating to labor and equipment usage on numerous ship repair and overhaul projects; and he has compiled data for use in contract compliance audits from payment applications, change orders and contractor job cost data on small and large scale commercial projects. He has prepared graphics of various types for use in reports, studies, negotiations, presentations, and as trial exhibits. These graphics have taken the form of schedules, charts, graphs, and models.
