JohnPhillip C. Beyel , a Staff Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, has a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a minor in architecture from Syracuse University, College of Engineering and Computer Science. Mr. Beyel is involved in schedule delay analysis assignments where he has been involved in as-built schedule and loss of productivity studies. He previously worked for the Syracuse Metropolitan Transportation Counsel where he participated in updating the Bridge and Pavement Condition Management System. He also analyzed the Long Range Transportation Plan used to enhance the 2007 update by using cartography and ArcGIS software to consolidate and improve the readibility of the information.
