Jeffrey B. Kozek, a Principal of RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, has a B.S. in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University, and Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law - Camden. For over 35 years he has been involved in construction scheduling and CPM scheduling techniques, and has evaluated and prepared analyses on claims involving delay, disruption, acceleration and the damages associated with these impacts of varying magnitude in numerous industries for public and private owners, contractors, engineers, financial institutions, insurance companies, and the attorneys who represent them. He has served as an expert witness before arbitration panels and the courts. In addition, he has authored many articles on the subject of construction claims and has spoken to numerous groups on the topics of contracts, scheduling, delay, damages, and dispute resolution.
