Work experience, educational training, expert witness capability, and resources combine with the ability to break down complex issues into ones that can be simply understood - all at a cost the client can live with to provide the highest level of client satisfaction, often leading to repeat business and referrals.
Professionals
Gerard P. O'Keefe, P.E., a Principal of RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, has a B.S. in Marine Engineering from NY State Maritime College and an MBA from William and Mary. A licensed Professional Engineer, Mr. O'Keefe has 41 years of field, construction, project and program management and claims experience. His considerable marine experience includes service as an engineering officer in the U.S. Navy, a licensed engineer on commercial ships, and as an engineer and a production control manager for one of the world's largest shipyards. He also spent 10 years as an assistant Project Manager and Construction Manager for a large Engineer/Constructor on numerous power plants. He has served as an expert witness before arbitration panels and boards of contract appeals. Mr. O'Keefe has presented numerous training programs to private companies and government organizations.
