David H. Carlson, P.E., a Senior Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, possesses a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois. Mr. Carlson has over 35 years experience serving the construction industry as a construction manager and claims analyst on a wide variety of municipal, civil, residential, power, and educational projects. He has extensive experience in all phases of private and public works building projects from schematic design to construction completion with particular emphasis on contract administration and construction management. He has also served as an expert witness in a number of cases.
