Brandon S. Welde, a Staff Consultant with RESOLUTION MANAGEMENT, possesses a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Mr. Welde has been involved in various aspects of the construction industry, from assisting in the determination of reasonable and allowable costs incurred by various trade contractors to expedite closeout of their contracts to completing soft goods renovation of guest rooms, corridors, lounges, and suites to subcontractor proposal and bid document interview of contractors to surveying to subcontractor management to price/code change order and labor audits. He has also worked as a Land Superintendent for a national residential developer managing contracted work at multiple subdivisions.
